Seeds of Hope offers two outpatient eating disorder treatment programs for adults: partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP). PHP is a structured full-day program for those who require more support, while IOP meets about two hours a day, four days a week, allowing for more flexibility in your schedule.
